Why We Built This
Raw. Real.

The Problem with
Juice Nutrition Data.
If you've ever looked up the nutrition in homemade juice, you know the data is vague. Generic labels are for the whole vegetable — not what ends up in your glass after juicing. The actual nutrient yield depends on how much water and fiber gets extracted.
And that yield changes significantly depending on whether you're running a cold press or a centrifugal. A cold press extracts more — sometimes dramatically more — than a centrifugal at the same produce weight. Nobody was accounting for that in a simple, free tool. So we built one.

What We Stand For
Honest Data
We built on USDA FoodData Central and documented extraction research. When we have uncertainty in the data, we say so.
No Fluff
The numbers are the numbers. We don't soften estimates or hide ranges. What you see is what the research supports.
Built for Juicers
This is for people who take their health seriously. If you're tracking what goes into your body, you deserve accurate numbers.

Narrow Fitness
Over the last 9 years I've logged 480 days of fasting, modified fasting, juice feasting, and juice fasting. Not casually — extended protocols, tracked, repeated. Juice is a significant part of how I approach health.
That also meant buying a lot of juicers. I went through most of the major machines on the market — including a $2,000 Norwalk hydraulic press I had to resell. Spent literal thousands trying to find the right ones. Eventually landed on a small set I actually kept: a Green Star Elite, a Nama J2, and an Omega. The yield estimates in this calculator are built on that experience — real machines, real produce, not spec sheets.
The problem that finally made me build this: every juice nutrition tool I found just pulled raw USDA data and called it juice. That's not what's in your glass. What's in your glass depends on which machine you ran it through. Nobody was accounting for that — so I did.
